1. Direct Booking Reservations
A Direr booking is processed by emailing your booking reservation to contact@villabellavistasamui.com When
direct booking request is received, the availability & appiicable rates, will be advised.
There is a minimum stay of 3 nights. Villa accommodation. is suitable for a maximum number of 8 persons,
Children with ages 1-5 yrs.old may share & stay in their parents’ bed.
An initial deposit of 50% must be paid to confirm the booking. If payment has not been received within 7 banking days from the date of reservation,. the booking will be cancelled.

A reservation/booking is complete upon receipt of receipt payment and a scan/photo of booking guest’s passport by email to contact@villabellavistasamui.com
2. Balance Payment
The remaining balance unpaid musk be settled 30 days before arrival date, A reminder will be emailed dose to due date.
If the reservation/booking is made within 4 weeks of a arrival date,
FULL PAYMENT is required at the time of booking,
3. CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-In time: 2:00pm
Check-Out time: 10:30am
4. Guest Registration
All guest are required to present their booking confirmation and passports upon check-in There is a registration form for guests to fill in. Only registered guests are allowed to stay in the villa. Non-regirtered guests will be asked to vacate the villa property immediately.
5. Guest Cancellations
In the event that the guests need to cancel their booking at any time, there wilt be no refund made whatsoever.
6. Booking/Reservation Date Changes.
Changes of booking dates can be accorn-nodated -whenever it -15 possible. These changes have no extra charges as long as the new dates be for the same number of days and within the same season.
7. Cancellations by Villa Bellavista Sarnui
We will advise Guests at the earlieFt possible data , if for any reason beyond our control r we are unable to. provide the villa property. booked. We shall reserve the right to cancel reservations if the villa property is damaged or rendered unusable.
8. Guest Amenities
Complimentary Daily Breakfast Free Drinking Water Free Roundtrip Airport Se ry ice Free WiR Daily Housekeeping Service (Seddings & Towels changed on 3 day)
9. Villa Property Damages/Breakges & Valuables
The Guest whose name appears on the boo king acts on behalf of all other per Sons included in the reservation. He/she is responsible to settle payment upon checkout for arty damages, breakages, missing item5 or exessive cleaning services (e.g stained furniture„ beds„curtains,carriets) found in the properly The costs of which is upon the discretion of the villa owner. Villa Bellvista Samui management & staff are not responsible for any loss or damage of guest’s personal property.
10. Conduct & Behavior
All guests are responsible for the correct & appropriate behavior while staying in the villa. Guests are responsible for the proper handling of furniture, kitchen appliances., utensils, flatware, glassware, beddings, towels, & TV’s.
Guests residing Iii the villa are required to take good care of the property, be watchful of children playing by the pool, inside the pool, by the stairs, by the balconies, in the bath tubs and on spacious outdoor area.
Outside Guests are strictly prohibited from entering the villa property and will be asked to vacate immediately.
11. Smoking & Non- Smoking Policy
Non-Srnoking Areas: bedroom & bathroom
Smoking Areas: Living Rooth, Kitchen, Outdoor Pool deck
12. Agreement
These conditions are governed in IIIrevects of Thai Law.
Vurrth the booking confirmation and full payment, Villa Bellavista Samui Guests are deemed to agree to all above Terms & Conditions.
